A Journey toward nothing

Unknowingly, I started journey toward nothing in November 2015, when I visited India and met one person who was practicing yoga since last 40 years. Had talked to him about my health issues and he offered two hour session next day. I returned USA and started doing pranayam (a part of yoga) and meditation. I practiced for 8 months waking up in the morning, cutting my sleep hours and giving 2 hours daily for pranayam and yoga. On August 2016, one day my colleague sent me a link which had news about awakening third eye. I believed in the post but he didnt. I started practicing for it in 4-5 days, while doing meditation, I felt something which cannot be described in words and that changed whole perception of me and my life.  It was August 13, 2016. How yoga helped me solve my health issues!

I've been suffering from lot of issues related to my stomach since last 6-7 years. But since last 2-3 years it was worse when I diagnosed with E-coli and had to eat lot of antibiotic which made my stomach issues worse than ever. I had stomach issues like :- acidity, gas, heart burn, frequent urination, constipation (though I was drinking 7-8 glass of water every day), bloating, chest pain because of gas (this was happening very few times only). Apart from stomach issue I had other issues like bronchitis which bothered me a lot. Also allergy issues bugged me whenever season change.             Five month ago, I went to India visit my parents. During my visit i heard about this guy who recently came to live in my village and offers free yoga (pranayam) class to villagers.
